What parent’s say…
My son was able to realise his acting and dancing abilities through Reach. This is a must have school of empowerment for our future generations.
At age 6 Eden-Ny decided she wanted to street dance. We found and she joined Reach Performing Arts. She enjoyed 5 years with Reach developing dance, drama and competitive skills. These skills enabled Eden-Ny to progress onto regional street dance competitions with other crews. Continuing to explore different dance styles, she successful audition she secured a place on the CAT Scheme with Northern School of Contemporary Dance.
During Stephanie’s time at Reach she has achieved so much including being in a book, performing on stage countless amounts of times (which includes the following;- Henry V, Sleeping Beauty and dance performances). She has also performed in carnivals Stephanie was never a shy child and Reach performing Arts has enhanced these qualities. During the time Stephanie has been with Reach she has improved in her Singing, Dancing and Acting which all takes time, commitment and dedication. Her journey throughout Reach has been spectacular and I am so excited to see what’s coming next for her.
Anayah has attended reach performing arts now for over 2 years and has really blossomed under the guidance of Natalie and her team. They are an amazingly creative and supportive team and I have recommended them to a number of people. Anayah has grown in confidence in all 3 areas of Reach and especially enjoys the dancing she has really benefitted from the opportunities to perform at Lawrence Batley theatre and Huddersfield and surrounding areas carnivals as well as numerous other shows. Anayah is developing skills that she will keep for life. Anayah has made lots of friends and enjoys her time at Reach.
Reach has a real community spirit and is so welcoming. During Leilani’s time at Reach she developed her confidence, made new friends, and felt comfortable to explore any hidden talents. She definitely found her acting bug!
My daughter has been a member of Reach for almost four years now. She has enjoyed Reach immensly and it is the highlight of her week. The blend of acting, singing and dancing is what really appeals to her and the programme has been incredibly varied over the years. A particular quality of Reach that my daughter has loved is the mix of age range in the participants. The older children always help out the young ones and there is a real sense of friendship. My daughter was just seven when she joined and she really benefitted from being with older children. This is something that I feel is missing from some other, similar programmes. Reach has afforded my daughter a number of opportunities to perform on stage. The highlight was undoubtedly taking part in a production at the Laurence Batley Theatre to a packed house. Exhilarating! The team of people behind Reach are fantastic; dedicated professionals who are excellent teachers that really engage their students. In Reach, Natalie has created an excellent programme@@ and by keeping the price affordable she has made Reach accessible in a way many other places are not. I can’t recommend Reach highly enough.
